THE CLIENT

It’s not easy to turn garbage into gold, but one Texas-based company is proving It can be done. Established in the Fall of 2022, this innovative business provides roll-off dumpster rentals for contractors and homeowners.

The business owners started with just three dumpsters, and today they have a fleet of 20 dumpsters in a range of sizes to fit any project or need. Of course, as any business owner knows, sometimes you find yourself in a position where you can’t keep up with demand.

THE CLIENT’S CHALLENGE

In May of 2024, the business owners worked with Marshall Capital Group to secure funding for a Hino Roll-Off Truck. But, along with the significant growth came a serious challenge. They found that they couldn’t keep up with the increased demand.

The shift from a roll-off trailer to the Hino truck allowed them to secure larger contracts and significantly increase their business. Unfortunately, the considerable increase in demand outpaced their container capacity. They soon realized they needed additional 20-yard hooklift containers/dumpsters to handle these larger projects. The business owners were close friends with Bradon Marshall of the Marshall Capital Group (MCG). Bradon had provided equipment financing to the business in the past, but this time he felt there was a better choice.

THE APEX COMMERCIAL CAPITAL SOLUTION

$35,939 Equipment Financing • Simplified approval • Extended term

Bradon chose to bring his long-time friend and client to Apex Commercial Capital because he felt Apex and MCG share similar values. Both believe in working together as partners in transactions to provide the best possible financing solution for their clients. And now that the borrower has been in business for over two years, MCG was able to bring them to Apex Commercial Capital to secure a lower cost of funds for their new containers.

Bradon worked with Apex Commercial Capital to arrange financing for the company to purchase additional containers to meet the increased demand. Apex Commercial Capital’s streamlined process made it easy for the business owners to secure the funding they needed with the extended term they wanted.

FINAL RESULTS

Working with MCG, Apex Commercial Capital structured equipment financing for the containers that has allowed the business owners to expand and take on larger contracts.
