‍Gina Lowry, Processing Manager

Sometimes your experience before coming to Apex Commercial Capital has nothing to do with lending. 17 years ago, before coming to Apex, Gina worked in the HR department of a waterbed company. Apex Commercial Capital was Gina’s first experience working in lending. Starting at an entry-level position in Operations, she worked her way into the processing department as a processor and worked her way up the ranks from Team Lead to Supervisor to Manager.

Favorite thing about working at Apex Commercial Capital:“My favorite part of my job is clearing title issues – resolving issues that our customers might have, and helping people get the commercial mortgages they need. [I like the] family atmosphere. I also like that I’ve worked my way up in the company without having prior experience. I’ve worked with, and still [work with], a lot of managers who I’ve learned a great deal from, and I appreciate that.”

Favorite thing to do outside of work: “I like going to the beach. I like going to the casino. And I spend a lot of time with my family.”
